One of the biggest television manufacturers in the world, LG Electronics, recently announced that it is soon going to present its 15-inch OLED TV set. The Korean company made it announcement on August 30 in Seoul. SEOUL - Seperti tidak mau kalah dengan kompetitor senegaranya, Samsung juga ikut-ikutan menciptakan sebuah ponsel jam tangan atau 'watch phone'.Vendor asal Korea Selatan tersebut, seperti yang dikutip AFP, Jumat (24/7/2009), mengklaim kalau ponsel jam tangan yang diberi nama S9910 tersebut merupakan yang tertipis di dunia, bahkan lebih tipis dari 'watch phone' kepunyaan LG.Samsung mengungkapkan handset tersebut berukuran 11.98 milimeter atau setara dengan 0.48 inchi. Dibandingkan dengan LG, ponsel ala James Bond ini berbeda sekitar 2,0 inchi, karena memang ukuran LG Watch Phone sebesar 13,9 milimeter.Soal ukuran, Samsung sudah memasang dengan ukuran 17.6 inchi dengan turut membenamkan teknologi layar sentuh. Selebihnya, dari desain sampai fitur yang ditawarkan juga tidak jauh berbeda. Mulai dari pemutar musik, voice recognition, support e-mail, dan Bluetooth.Akan tetapi, Samsung masih harus mengakui keunggulan LG dalam jaringan internet. Pasalnya, di S9910, Samsung masih menggunakan konektivitas GPRS tingkat 12, yang termasuk starta tertinggi di kelas GPRS.
